My name is Dana Rivas.  I founded ECE Fit Studios.​

The ECE Fit logo represents each of us, journeying through life.   On the outside we all look a little different. If we remain only on the surface in life we're just playing the ego game and become attached to false beliefs that lead to worry and increasing anxiety and increased focus on our differences and jealousy.  Let's not emphasize our differences, but go a little deeper -  to the innermost part,  where there are similarities.  And this is where we find our true selves - where we find peace and contentment.

At ECE Fit Studios we love Faith, Family, Fashion, and Fitness and believe it should all easily flow together in our daily lives - not feel forced.
