My name is Dana Rivas.  I founded ECE Fit Studios - which stands for Encourage, Connect, Energize.

The ECE Fit logo represents each of us, journeying through life. On the outside we all look a little different - different colors, different styles - but go a little deeper -  to the innermost part,  and we are all the same. And that is where we find our true selves. And where you find peace and contentment. If we only remain on the surface in life we're just playing the ego game and become attached to false beliefs that lead to worry and increasing anxiety and jealousy.

Life should be an easy flow, and not feel forced or frenzied.

Dana earned a bachelor's degree in Biology from UMBC and is an ACE Certified Group Fitness instructor. Dana is also the author of the book, "How to Find the Path to Your Destiny", in which she provides simple steps and journaling exercises to help those who feel let down by life - stuck in a rut - and trapped in a life that is not fulfilling and yearning for something more...but needing clarity as to what to do next.
